ALLTITE RF tightening and texture in Seoul

ALLTITE is a radiofrequency treatment that works in the upper dermis, close to the junction with the epidermis. It is chosen when you want skin that feels tighter straight away and looks smoother on the surface.

What ALLTITE is and how it works

ALLTITE is a radiofrequency (RF) device. Like other RF treatments, it heats tissue evenly rather than at single focal points, bringing the skin to roughly 65–75°C. What makes ALLTITE distinctive is where that energy is directed: the upper dermis and the dermo-epidermal junction (DEJ), the boundary where the outer skin meets the dermis below.

Heating this zone has two effects. Collagen fibres contract, giving an immediate sense of tightening, and the skin is prompted to renew and remodel over the following weeks. Because the DEJ influences how smooth and even the surface looks, many people notice an improvement in texture as well as firmness.

Which layer it targets and who it suits

In our 8-layer Skin Architecture model — epidermis, upper dermis, full-thickness dermis, lower dermis, subcutaneous fat, fascia, muscle and bone — ALLTITE belongs firmly in the upper layers. It is therefore not designed to lift heavy tissue, but to refine the skin you see and touch.

What happens on the day

Every plan begins with a director consultation. The doctor looks at your skin closely, and Mark-Vu imaging can help record texture, wrinkles and oil–moisture balance. Your treatment is logged in your Skin Library, so later sessions build on what has already been done. The skin is cleansed and the handpiece is moved across the face in passes. Most people feel a warm, comfortable heat. Sensitivity varies from person to person, and settings can be adjusted. Barrier-protecting care is applied afterwards, and pH-5.5-matched home care may be prescribed to keep the skin calm.

Downtime, results and how long they last

Downtime is usually minimal. Mild redness or warmth can last a few hours, and most people continue their day as normal.

  • Can ALLTITE lift sagging jowls?

    ALLTITE is not designed to lift deeper tissue. If jowls or heavier sagging are the concern, the doctor is likely to suggest HIFU, deeper RF or other options, possibly combined with ALLTITE for the surface.
