Rejuran in Seoul

Rejuran is a regenerative injectable used to support the skin’s own repair. It is a favourite for tired, thin or stressed skin that needs to recover its resilience.

What Rejuran is and how it works

Rejuran is an injectable skin treatment used to support regeneration. Rather than adding volume or tightening with heat, it focuses on the condition of the skin itself — helping it recover, strengthen and look healthier over a course of sessions. At Obliv Clinic it sits in our Collagen Boost programme alongside exosomes and skin boosters, all of which aim to support the skin’s own repair processes.

Many people come to Rejuran because their skin feels fragile or tired: it reacts easily, looks dull despite good skincare, or has lost the smooth, even quality it once had. Your doctor will explain at consultation how Rejuran differs from other regenerative options and why it might suit you.

Which layer it targets and who it suits

Our doctors work with an 8-layer Skin Architecture model — epidermis, upper dermis, full-thickness dermis, lower dermis, subcutaneous fat, fascia, muscle and bone — and decide the depth of treatment before choosing a product. Rejuran is placed in the dermis, the layer responsible for skin strength, texture and elasticity.

Rejuran may suit you if you have:

  • Thin or fragile-feeling skin
  • Fine lines and rough or uneven texture
  • Skin that looks tired or stressed, including after a period of intensive treatments
  • Delicate areas, such as under the eyes, where gentle support is preferred

What happens on the day

Your first consultation is with a director. They may use Mark-Vu imaging to look at pores, pigment, wrinkles, redness and oil–moisture balance, and then decide whether Rejuran, a different booster, or a combination makes most sense. The plan and every treatment are saved in your Skin Library.

On treatment day the skin is cleansed and prepared, comfort options are discussed, and Rejuran is injected in small amounts across the planned area. Many patients find the treatment more noticeable than a simple hydrating injection, so the doctor will talk you through what to expect.

Downtime, results and aftercare

Small raised bumps at the injection points, mild redness and occasional light bruising are common and usually fade over a short period. Because Rejuran works by supporting regeneration, improvement is gradual, and a series of sessions is often recommended. The number of sessions and the result vary from person to person.

Aftercare follows our barrier-first approach: reinforcing the skin barrier with ceramides and HA, protecting it after treatment, and continuing at home with pH-5.5-matched prescribed home care. Daily sun protection is important too.

Often combined with

Rejuran is often paired with exosome therapy or other skin boosters for regeneration and glow. It can also follow laser or energy treatments to support recovery, or sit alongside collagen stimulators in a longer-term anti-ageing plan.

Is it right for me?

If your main concern is sagging or volume loss, Rejuran alone will not address it, and your doctor will suggest lifting, stimulators or filler. If you have active skin infection, inflammation or a medical condition, the doctor examines you first and may postpone or adjust treatment. Mention allergies and pregnancy at consultation.

For international visitors

Rejuran fits well into a short stay, though we suggest not booking it the day before an important event because of temporary bumps. If a series is recommended, the doctor can space sessions around your travel. The clinic is about 5 minutes on foot from Jonggak and Euljiro 1-ga stations, close to Myeongdong, and our team helps in English via WhatsApp.

Planning Rejuran around your trip

Because the small bumps from Rejuran are temporary but visible, timing matters more than with some other treatments. A few practical points help visitors plan:

  • Book it early in your stay if possible, so the skin has a few days to settle before photos or events
  • Avoid make-up on the treated area for the time your doctor advises
  • On the day, skip saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise
  • If you are also having laser or energy treatment, ask the team how to order sessions sensibly

Rejuran: common questions

  • How many Rejuran sessions will I need?

It depends on your skin and goals. A series is often recommended because results build gradually, and your doctor will suggest the number and spacing at consultation.

  • Does Rejuran hurt?

Some people find it more noticeable than a simple hydrating injection. The doctor discusses comfort options beforehand and works in small amounts to keep it manageable.

  • Will I have visible marks afterwards?

Small bumps at the injection points and mild redness are common and usually fade within a short time. Avoid scheduling Rejuran right before an important event.

  • How much does Rejuran cost?

It depends on the area and the number of sessions. Ask us on WhatsApp for a personalised quote.
