Mirajet Needle-Free Injection in Seoul
Mirajet delivers hyaluronic acid and brightening ingredients into the skin without needles — a gentle way to boost hydration and glow, even for sensitive skin.
What Mirajet is and how it works
Mirajet is a needle-free jet injection treatment. Instead of using needles, it delivers active ingredients into the skin with a fine, controlled jet. At Obliv Clinic we use it to deliver hyaluronic acid (HA) for hydration and brightening ingredients for a clearer, more radiant tone.
For many people, the appeal is straightforward: they want the benefits of an injectable skin treatment but would rather avoid needles, or their skin is too reactive for more intensive options. Mirajet offers a gentler route to improved skin quality, and it can be repeated regularly as part of a maintenance plan.
Which layer it targets and who it suits
Our doctors use an 8-layer Skin Architecture model — epidermis, upper dermis, full-thickness dermis, lower dermis, subcutaneous fat, fascia, muscle and bone — to decide where a concern starts and how deep treatment should go. Mirajet delivers ingredients into the upper layers of the skin, where hydration, surface texture and brightness are determined.
In our Skin Renewal programme, Mirajet sits in two categories: texture and glow , alongside U-Pulse , and redness and sensitive skin , alongside BRIGHTONE and skin boosters .
Mirajet may suit you if you have:
- Dry, dehydrated or tight-feeling skin
- Dullness and a tired, flat complexion
- Sensitive or redness-prone skin that reacts to stronger treatments
- A preference for needle-free treatment
- An upcoming event and a wish for low-downtime glow

What happens on the day
A director sees you from your first consultation. Mark-Vu imaging can analyse pores, pigment, wrinkles, redness and oil–moisture balance, helping the doctor decide whether Mirajet alone is enough or whether it should be combined with another treatment. Your plan is recorded in your Skin Library.
The skin is cleansed and prepared, and the doctor uses the device across the planned areas. Most people find the sensation more comfortable than a needle-based injection, and the doctor will talk you through what to expect.
Downtime, results and aftercare
Downtime is usually low, though mild, short-lived redness is possible. Many people notice their skin looks more hydrated and luminous soon after. Because skin renews on roughly a 28-day cycle, regular sessions help maintain results. Results vary from person to person.
Our barrier-first approach applies: we reinforce the barrier with ceramides and HA, protect it after treatment, and recommend pH-5.5-matched prescribed home care. Daily sun protection helps preserve brightness.
Often combined with
Mirajet is often added to laser toning such as Nobleen or BRIGHTONE for pigment and redness, used between more intensive treatments to support the barrier, or combined with skin boosters for a deeper hydration plan.
Is it right for me?
Mirajet is a skin-quality treatment. It will not lift sagging skin, restore volume or treat deep scars; for those, the doctor will recommend other options. If you have rosacea, active acne or another skin condition, a doctor examines you first and adapts the plan.
For international visitors
With low downtime, Mirajet is one of the easiest treatments to fit into a short stay — including the day before a flight, if your doctor agrees. The clinic is about 5 minutes on foot from Jonggak and Euljiro 1-ga stations, close to Myeongdong, and you can arrange everything in English on WhatsApp.
Preparing for your appointment
A little preparation helps the doctor choose the right ingredients and settings for your skin. In the days before your visit, it is sensible to keep your routine simple and avoid anything that could leave the skin irritated on the day.
- Tell us about any recent treatments, peels or strong actives such as retinoids
- Mention skin conditions, allergies or a tendency to flush, so the plan can be adapted
- Avoid heavy sun exposure beforehand, as sunburnt skin is not ready for treatment
- Arrive without make-up if you can, or allow a few minutes to cleanse at the clinic
- If you are planning other treatments on the same trip, share your dates so we can order them sensibly
If you are unsure whether Mirajet or a barrier care session would suit you better first, you can ask the team on WhatsApp before you book, and the doctor will confirm at your consultation .

Mirajet: common questions
Does Mirajet really use no needles?
Yes. Mirajet delivers ingredients with a fine, controlled jet rather than needles, which many people find more comfortable.
Is Mirajet suitable for sensitive skin?
It is one of the options we use for redness-prone and sensitive skin. A doctor examines your skin first, and if you have a condition such as rosacea, the plan is adapted accordingly.
How is Mirajet different from a skin booster injection?
Both aim to improve skin quality. Skin boosters are injected with needles and can use a wider range of ingredients, while Mirajet is needle-free and delivers HA and brightening ingredients. The doctor may suggest one, the other or both.
How much does Mirajet cost?
It depends on the area and whether it is combined with other treatments. Ask us on WhatsApp for a personalised quote.
